As you can see, vehicles seem to be almost bumping into one another. There is no traffic lights, most of the time the police are just standing around, even when the traffic becomes confusing. Imagine this full of vehicles which it often is during workdays. But to my knowledge, there has been no accidents here. Drivers drive by feel.

Amazing! It would make me very nervous though and I would probably avoid driving there.
Ooh, I remembering walking on that street when I was in Tacloban. I was definitely happy not to be driving, yet there was this sense that there is an unspoken method of making sure there are no accidents!
