Thank you so much for keeping us in your prayers. It's been a terrible week, not just for us but for so many other countries. Typhoons, earthquake, tsunami… sounds like the apocalypse already. Pepeng skipped us, thank goodness, but now I feel so bad for the norther coastal provinces. I hear that it's winds are so strong, roofs are flying off houses! It is going to be a long, tiring haul to get so many people back up on their feet.
And I really wish the foreign aid coming in wouldn't go to the national government! Better the PNRC and even the corporate foundations! At least with those, I'm quite sure the aid would get to the people who need them. Argh!
I'm really glad you went back home before Ondoy struck! I know you want to help, but who knows what could have happened to you that day!
