A newly-opened Eat All You Can restaurant of Lutong Bahay (home-cooked meals). The one time I went there to eat they were serving Waray cooking which I really enjoyed. Excellent cooking! The next time we went for lunch, they weren't serving eat-all-you-can anymore. Sigh.. I haven't tasted their other foods which aren't lutong bahay, and don't really want to try. Name of the restaurant is Buffalo Wings (Juan Luna St.)

I can never get my money's worth on all you can eat deals! I get too full too fast and then start to feel sick.

i went home in june for tacloban fiesta, i tried the buffalo wings and the jambalaya pasta. i think it was good. i really didnt care for the rest in the menu. they serve bottomless iced tea and my folks like it. i hope they serve wine.
pretty sure, ill be going back there, but i hope they will improve more. i talked to the owner and he seem receptive. good luck tacloban's buffalo wings.
