Fil-India Restaurant
I like Indian food, and in Tacloban I get to taste some Indian cooking only at Fil-India. My favorite is mixed vegetables in marsala sauce. Very spicy, even the 'mild' version.
I don't think I've ever had the pleasure of eating indian food. Do you know that while reading the title of your post my mouth was watering already? I'm so glad you posted a photo up close and personal. =)

I must say I like the looks of the restaurant a lot.
The food looks like out beef stew.
