Fil-India Restaurant

I like Indian food, and in Tacloban I get to taste some Indian cooking only at Fil-India. My favorite is mixed vegetables in marsala sauce. Very spicy, even the 'mild' version.

(Located at Coca-Cola rotunda.)

I saw this car parked in a parking space.. its other side painted with this design. The other side was normal black. I was reminded of that Batman character Two-Face played by Tommy Lee Jones. I guess, this one tells you which side of the road we drive.
